For our expansion we are now looking for a
Business Development Manager/
Sales Manager B2B (m/f/x)
as an employee of the first hour of our New York office, who convinces new employers
of Legalhead and supports them on the platform in the search for suitable lawyers
for their company.
In close cooperation with the managing directors, talent managers and marketing,
you will be an important part of the team, driving Legalhead’s development.
Your activities in the daily business
- You work in the new client business and convince both law firms and business enterprises of Legalhead.
- You will support your clients throughout the entire process of using the platform.
- You win back companies that are or could become inactive.
- You set the course for further opportunities for cooperation with companies, for example through joint marketing activities.
- You can fall back on a solid network of business contacts in law or legal fields.
- You have basic legal knowledge.
- German language skills are required as the position will work closely with German colleagues.
- You are familiar with the job and career opportunities in the American legal system.
- You have already gained initial experience in headhunting or HR.
- You are a doer and always act confidently, your way of working is highly “hands-on”.
- You have an affinity for the sale of digital service products and corresponding negotiating skills.
- You like to work independently and in a structured way on clearly defined projects and have excellent time management skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
